All prices exclude VAT. On-site travel outside Gauteng is quoted separately. The assessment is a standalone engagement, so its fee is not credited against later work.

Questions About the Assessment
Why is the price shown as a range?
Every business is different. Your fixed quote depends on your company size, your location, whether you choose online or on-site delivery, and how many departments or sites are in scope. You will always receive a fixed price before you commit.
Can the assessment be done online?
Yes. All three options are available online across South Africa. The AI Readiness Assessment and the Executive AI Readiness & Roadmap can also be delivered on-site.
How long does it take?
The AI Readiness Check is a questionnaire followed by a 60-minute review call. The AI Readiness Assessment runs over one to two weeks. The timeline for the Executive AI Readiness & Roadmap depends on the number of departments involved.
What do we receive at the end?
A scored readiness report and a prioritised roadmap showing what to fix first and where AI can create value, plus a walkthrough with your team for the Assessment and Executive options.
Is travel included for on-site assessments?
On-site travel outside Gauteng is quoted separately and shown clearly in your quote.
Is the fee credited if we continue working with CBG?
No. The assessment is a standalone engagement, which keeps its recommendations independent of any follow-on work.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT.
